About this Event

Chicago Street Medicine is a non-profit that serves those affected by houselessness in Chicago. The organization is composed of volunteers who deliver healthcare, food, clothing and resources to folks on the street year-round. The mission of the organization is to provide patient-centered care, meeting patients physically where they are.
