Fulton Street Collective presents a performance with KEHSIN XU JOBIM TRIBUTE with special guest opener REYES on Thursday, September 18th. The evening will feature live painting from visual artist TBA. Reyes is a dynamic musical trio formed by Ecuadorian percussionist and composer Andres Lopez, Argentine multi-instrumentalist and composer Guillermo Paolisso, and Venezuelan composer, arranger, and guitarist Manuel Reyes. Rooted in their shared South American heritage and driven by deep musical curiosity, the trio blends jazz, contemporary styles, and folkloric traditions into a unique and intimate sound. The second set will pay tribute to Antonio Carlos Jobim, featuring a blend of his well-known and lesser-known songs. The intent is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for the audience, allowing them to fully enjoy the relaxed vibe of Brazilian bossa nova music.
