Kent Rose has blazed a trail in Chicago of original roots-country songs, hillbilly fashion, and soulful performance. Inspired by Hank Williams, Sr., Merle Haggard and Billy Joe Shaver, Kent carries the torch with his motto: The Roots Tradition Rolls On. His band, The Remedies, is composed of veteran talent that came together and forged a sound unlike any other.
