Sound Arkitek is a Chicago-based DJ with residencies at Blind Barber and The Revel Room who plays venues all over the city while maintaining a monthly drum & bass show on London radio station Subtle. His party "Taste." is the hottest open-format night in the city where he seamlessly blends hip-hop, R&B, club music, and the unexpected into an experience unlike any other. His other party, "CLUB S**T," is a night where you can expect to hear house, footwork, jungle, drum & bass, grime and more - a celebration of club and sound system culture. As a producer, he has self-released drum & bass tunes, boom-bap hip-hop beats, and his monthly Patreon with his own edits is ever growing. Quickly becoming one of the most sought after DJs in Chicago, Sound Arkitek has played in North and South Carolina already this year and is playing in Milwaukee and Philadelphia in July with more out of state dates on the horizon.
